The platform handles it automatically. When a deal deadline passes, the ghosting flag lands — permanently recorded on that person's reputation score. Paid members get a 72-hour grace period before the penalty applies, giving time to fix genuine mistakes. Free members receive no grace period. Every future partner can see a ghosting event before agreeing to anything with them.
Free members can start up to 5 deals per calendar month. Starter members get 30. Pro and Agency have no limit. The counter resets on the 1st of each month — unused deals don't carry over. A deal counts toward your limit the moment it's accepted, regardless of whether it completes, gets cancelled, or is delayed.

Owner sites are verified via a DNS TXT record — only the actual domain owner can add that record, so a green Owner badge means you're definitely dealing with the person who controls that site. Partner sites are managed by a link builder or agency on behalf of a client — they show a blue Partner badge. Both can exchange links; you just know upfront which type you're dealing with.
