We do not offer refunds for the current billing period except where required by applicable law or in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use Linksieve. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws applicable to you.
You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and any website(s) you submit for verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Linksieve facilitates introductions between members who wish to exchange links. You agree that:
When a deal deadline passes without the agreed link being delivered, the platform automatically records a ghosting event on the responsible member's reputation score after the applicable grace period. Reputation scores are generated from deal outcomes recorded within the platform. We make reasonable efforts to keep this system fair but do not independently verify every event. Members who believe a score was applied unfairly may contact us at hello@linksieve.com for manual review.
The Linksieve name, logo, design, and software are our property. Content you submit (your profile, site information, community posts) remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behaviour, repeatedly ghost exchange partners, or misrepresent site information during verification. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@linksieve.com.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY LINK EXCHANGE FACILITATED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN ANY PARTICULAR SEO OUTCOME.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKSIEVE AND ITS FOUNDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF SEARCH RANKING, TRAFFIC, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY EXCHANGE ARRANGED THROUGH IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linksieve and its founder from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or content or links you exchange with other members.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to active members. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
