1. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page at app.linksieve.com/app/settings/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access to your plan features until then. No partial refund is issued for the unused days in the current period.
2. No Refunds — Standard Policy
We do not issue refunds for the current billing period on monthly plans. Once a billing cycle has started and payment has been processed, that period is non-refundable. This is consistent with standard SaaS practice — you retain full access to the platform for the period you have paid for.
Why no mid-cycle refunds? Unlike physical goods, Linksieve grants immediate access to the full platform the moment payment clears. The value is available to you from day one of each billing cycle, which is why mid-cycle refunds are not standard.
3. Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund
We will consider refunds in the following situations:
- Accidental double charge: if you were charged twice for the same period due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full. Contact us within 7 days of the charge.
- First-time subscriber within 48 hours: if you subscribed for the first time, haven't used any paid features (no deals started, no monitoring triggered, no reports generated), and request a refund within 48 hours of your first payment — we will review the request and, at our discretion, issue a full refund.
- Platform downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours: if the Linksieve platform is completely unavailable for 72 or more consecutive hours within a billing period due to our error, we will issue a pro-rata credit toward the next billing period.
- Annual plans — early cancellation: if you are on an annual plan and cancel before the year ends, we will issue a pro-rata refund for the full unused calendar months remaining (not days). Example: if you cancel after 4 months on an annual plan, you may receive a refund for the remaining 8 months.
- Required by law: where refunds are required by consumer protection law in your jurisdiction (e.g. EU/UK consumer rights), we will honour those rights.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@linksieve.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include:
- The email address on your Linksieve account
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your request
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method — Paddle refunds typically take 5–10 business days, Razorpay refunds typically take 5–7 business days.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are a small team and will do our best to resolve any billing issue quickly and fairly.
6. Downgrade vs. Cancellation
Downgrading to a lower plan (e.g. Pro to Starter) is not a cancellation and does not trigger a refund for the current period. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You continue on your current plan until then.
7. Contact
Any billing questions or refund requests: hello@linksieve.com. We reply within 24 hours on business days.
