This Privacy Policy explains how Linksieve ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit linksieve.com or use our Service at app.linksieve.com.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and website details when you create an account or use the Service
• Domain and site data: information about websites you add to the platform, including DR, traffic claims, niche, and DNS verification records
• Payment information: payments are processed by Paddle (international users) or Razorpay (Indian users). We receive confirmation of payment and your email address associated with that payment — we never see or store your full card details
• Usage information: basic analytics about how you use the Service — pages visited, actions taken, browser type — used only to understand and improve the platform
• Location data: we use ipapi.co to detect your country at the time of billing in order to route you to the correct payment gateway (Paddle for international, Razorpay for India). We do not store your IP address or precise location permanently
• Communications: any emails or messages you send us, including support requests

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and member profile
• To verify your website ownership and domain claims as part of our manual review process
• To facilitate link exchange requests and deal tracking between members
• To process payments and manage your subscription via Paddle or Razorpay
• To detect your billing region for payment gateway routing (via ipapi.co)
• To run automated link monitoring checks on your active deals (Pro and Agency plans)
• To send you transactional emails about your account, deals, and subscription
• To respond to your questions and support requests
• To improve the Service and understand how it is being used

3. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Payment processors: Paddle (international payments) and Razorpay (Indian payments) — each handles payment data under their own privacy and security policies
• Country detection: ipapi.co receives your IP address at billing time to determine your country — see their privacy policy at ipapi.co/privacy
• Infrastructure providers: Supabase (database and authentication), hosting providers — each bound by their own data protection obligations
• Other members: only the information you choose to put in your public profile (site name, niche, reputation score, verified status). We never share your email or payment details with other members without your action
• Authorities: if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Linksieve or its members

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. Reputation events and exchange records may be retained in anonymized form to maintain the integrity of the platform's trust system.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability (receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format)

7. International Users (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, UK, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA. We process your data based on contractual necessity (to provide the Service you signed up for), legitimate business interests (to operate and improve Linksieve), and legal compliance where applicable. For GDPR purposes, Linksieve (operated by Chinmay Singla, Gurugram, India) acts as the data controller.

8. Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for the Service to function — session authentication and basic analytics. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or sell your data to third-party advertisers.

9. Children's Privacy

Linksieve is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under the age of 18.
